Initiative researchers are working to provide new knowledge on combinations of innovations and policies to leverage sustainable growth and income opportunities in agrifood supply chains and support services (like logistics and finance).

Specifically, the research is focused on the following four areas:

• Globally integrated food value chains
• Domestic food value chains
• Cross value chain services
• Knowledge Platform for Inclusive and Sustainable Food Markets and Value Chains (KISM)
