Chapter 6. Findings from the focus group discussions

The results of the focus group discussions with senior officials and experts are summarized and presented in this section. Since the wheat rust EWAS started as a pilot in 2015, the discussion focused on comparing practices, processes, capacity, and policies over two periods: (i) until 2014 (2010–14) and (ii) after 2014 (2015–2020).
