Climate change disproportionately impacts persons with disabilities (PWDs). Climate change creates a newer set of vulnerabilities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), adding on to already existing vulnerabilities. Consequently, they face greater risks during climate-related disasters due to physical barriers, lack of access to information, and inadequate emergency services
