CGIAR’s steadfast commitment to tackling food insecurity across the globe is brought to life by an exceptional, mission-driven workforce – over 9,000 strong, representing 125 different nationalities, operating in 73 countries.
In alignment with CGIAR’s strategic priorities, the Culture and Engagement team works to build an agile CGIAR culture, one which thrives on flexibility, continuous learning, and rapid adaptation. With a strong focus on data and analytics, the team seeks to promote workforce engagement, development, and wellbeing across CGIAR’s global operations.
