Oluchi Ezekannagha
Program Officer at the CGIAR System Management Office
Oluchi Ezekannagha is a nutrition and food systems professional with over ten years of experience spanning programme design, monitoring, evaluation, learning, impact, and policy. She is currently a Program Officer at the CGIAR System Management Office in Rome, Italy, where she supports portfolio performance measurement, evidence synthesis, country needs assessments, and policy mapping for donor and government facing decision making. Her work focuses on translating complex evidence into briefs, impact reports, and strategic planning inputs across nutrition, gender, climate, poverty, and environment portfolios.
Previously, Oluchi has worked as a consultant and collaborator with organizations including Nutrition International, the African Union Commission, Dalberg Advisors, and Fraym IO, contributing to institutional reviews, policy alignment, spatial analysis, and multisectoral nutrition research in Nigeria and across Africa. She holds a PhD in Human Nutrition from Stellenbosch University.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and collecting children’s stories.
