What can I expect from the interview?
- Here are some of the ways we assess candidates in our hiring process: work sample test (job specific tasks and assignments that test on the important skills needed to succeed in the role), and structured interviews (a series of competency-based questions that aim to understand your skills, attributes and behavior that are directly related to the role).
- While the process may differ slightly for different roles, we ensure that the process is one which is fair and objective.

When will I hear back after my final interview?
- We aim to get back to you within a few weeks, although this can sometimes take a little longer if multiple candidates are interviewing for the same role. Feel free to follow up with us after the interview.
What could be the potential outcomes after the interview?

- If you are not included in the pool of candidates recommended for selection, you will be notified accordingly.
