Muluhiwot Getachew
Process Management Officer
Muluhiwot (Mulu) Getachew, Process Management Officer, based in ILRI, Addis Ababa with over 15 years of experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships within the agricultural research-for-development space. She has worked in various organizations, most recently at ILRI for nearly 20 years.
Currently, as part of the Portfolio Performance Team, Mulu focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the Unit by ensuring delivery against the workplan, budget, and compliance objectives while strengthening processes and tools. Mulu enjoys traveling, baking and experimenting with new recipes that her two teens (her pride and joy) graciously taste-test and provide brutally honest feedback.
