Julien (Jules) Colomer
Leader, Portfolio Performance and Results
Julien Colomer is a performance and results management professional with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering global learning, evaluation, and performance systems across sustainability, conservation, and governance sectors. He leads CGIAR’s Portfolio Performance Team, overseeing the CGIAR’s integrated Performance & Results Management approach, including the Performance and Results Management Framework & System, Technical Reporting Arrangement, and MELIAF integration project.
Prior to CGIAR, he held senior monitoring, evaluation, program and policy roles with IUCN, CIFOR, UNDP and the Australian Government. His work has spanned community-level conservation and development to intergovernmental migratory shark conservation policy.
Based in Montpellier, Jules is an avid on and off-road cyclist.
