Faith Kabaji

Faith Kabaji is a Manager, Planning and Adaptive Management Team and is based in Nairobi, Kenya. In her current role, she supports the development and implementation of planning standards, methodologies, and adaptive management approaches to strengthen the effective delivery of CGIAR projects.
Faith has over a decade of experience in program and project management across international research, development, and humanitarian organizations. Her background includes roles in program and project management and coordination, where she has supported program and project planning, grants and financial management, monitoring and evaluation, donor compliance and reporting and coordination of multi-country portfolios.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Science in Project Management.
Outside of work, Faith enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, with an interest in fitness and wellness, mentoring, and community engagement.
