Position: Administrative Assistant

Contract: 3-year renewable contract Location: Ibadan
DUTIES:
- Collect and maintain accurate data on materials used at the construction site.
- Plan and report on material requests to ensure timely availability.
- Analyze material usage trends to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports for performance evaluations.
- Identify patterns and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Follow up on work order requests to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in compiling and submitting various official documentation and requests.
- Perform any other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration Mass Communication and any other social science course with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and reading comprehension.
- Exhibit strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
