Urban informal markets in Africa: Challenges of crisis

ILRI scientist Theodore Knight-Jones discussed zoonotic pathogens and drivers of emerging infectious diseases as part of a recent scientific roundtable on the Covid-19 crisis and implications for food systems in developing economies with a focus on Africa.
