The Safe Food, Fair Food for Cambodia is a three-year project (2017-2020) that aims to improve the safety of animal-source food in Cambodia. In Cambodia, there is much concern but little reliable evidence on the health burden of foodborne disease. This research brief presents a summary of the project’s achievements to date.
