Bibliometric Analytics Service for Center External Reviews

CGIAR System Organization is inviting proposals from experienced bibliometric and research analytics organizations to develop a high-quality analytical evidence base supporting independent reviews of CGIAR Centers. The assignment is being commissioned by CGIAR System Organization on behalf of CGIAR’s Independent Advisory and Evaluation Service.

The successful organization will create a validated and reusable bibliometric dataset for three CGIAR Centers, calculate agreed indicators, document the analytical methodology, and provide an accessible interface for exploring and exporting the results. The work will emphasize data quality, methodological transparency, reproducibility, clear documentation, and long-term usability.

The selected contractor will also deliver a user guide and knowledge-transfer session. Proposed approaches should be capable of accommodating additional CGIAR Centers and future annual updates with minimal modification.

Organizations with relevant experience in bibliometric analysis, research performance assessment, scientific information management, data quality assurance, and analytical interface development are encouraged to apply.
