INVITATION TO BID
Subject: REQUEST OF TENDERS FOR THE SELECTION OF RICE SEED PRODUCERS TO PRODUCE CERTIFIED RICE SEEDS FROM FOUNDATION SEEDS SUPPLIED BY CARI.
AfricaRice is inviting all companies specializing on “Rice” seeds production using the foundation seeds supplied by Central Agricultural Research Institute (CARI) to submit their technical bids. Kindly refer to the Terms of Reference (TOR) for detailed specifications.
Bids should be submitted electronically to the following email address: A.Quotation@cgiar.org and must be protected with a password.
The password for the technical offer must be sent on the date set for the opening of the offers. Any offer submitted without protection will be automatically disqualified.
The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday 17th of December 2025 at 4:00 PM. Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, and Local Time.
The subject of the mail should be clearly marked as follow: RFQ: EUSeeds4Liberia/PSU/DFCS/RSPCARI/10/2025
AfricaRice will reject late proposals. Bidders will be advised, in due course, of the results of the evaluation of the proposals.
In case a supplier wants to appeal against the results of the tender, a formal letter can be sent to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services to A.Quotation@cgiar.org .
