Subject: REQUEST FOR TENDERS FOR THE SELECTION OF A SUPPLIER OF 1-SET OF SCREEN GREENHOUSE TO BE INSTALLED AT AFRICARICE M’BE STATION IN BOUAKE, COTE D’IVOIRE.
AfricaRice is inviting all companies specializing in the manufacturing or distribution of screen greenhouse to submit their financial and technical bids.
Bids should be submitted electronically to the following email address: A.Quotation@cgiar.org and must be protected with a password.
The password for the technical offer must be sent on the date set for the opening of the offers. However, the password for the financial offer will only be requested if your offer is considered to have passed the financial evaluation stage. Any offer submitted without protection will be automatically disqualified.
The deadline for submission of bids is Friday, 7th June 2024 at 4:00 PM. Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, and Local Time.
The subject of the mail should be clearly marked as follow: RFQ: RDASVSLPM – PSU/DFCS/SGH/08/2024
AfricaRice will reject late proposals. Bidders will be advised, in due course, of the results of the evaluation of the proposals.
In case a supplier wants to appeal against the results of the tender, a formal letter can be sent to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services to africarice@cgiar,org.
