AfricaRice is looking for companies to submit their financial and technical bids. Please refer to the Terms of Reference (TOR) for detailed specifications.
Offers must be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address : A.Quotation@cgiar.org and must be password protected.
The password for the technical offer must be sent on the date set for the opening of the tenders. However, the financial offer password will only be requested if your offer is considered to have passed the technical evaluation stage. Any offer submitted without protection will be automatically disqualified.

AfricaRice will reject late proposals. Tenderers will be informed, in due course, of the results of the evaluation of the proposals.
