The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking two (02) proactive and
responsible Trainees from Administration, Finance, or related careers to be part
of the Campus Shared Services team.

CIP
partners with organizations in over 20 countries to improve diets and incomes
in Africa, Asia, and Latin America through research, innovation, and capacity
building. By focusing on potato and sweetpotato, CIP aims to strengthen
agri-food systems and provide economic, social, and nutritional benefits,
especially for women and youth. We integrate social and biophysical sciences to
address complex challenges in food and agriculture, with a growing emphasis on
qualitative social science to understand human behavior and development.
The position: This position will be based in
HQ-Lima, Peru and will report directly to the Campus Shared Services Officer.
Training activities:
- Support administrative activities
- Management of statistics, reports, BI
- Use of the OCS system (payments, requisitions, purchase orders)
- Logistics for national and international travel
- Requirements for
local transportation, packages, and material shipment
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Graduated from Administration, Finance or related studies.
- Proficient in statistical tools and Power BI
- Intermediate/Advanced level of English
