Reuters published a feature on innovative ways to produce food by overcoming threats posed by climate change and water scarcity to meet demand in the future. The article interviewed IFPRI’s Director General Shenggen Fan who said innovations are key to rebooting the food system. “Innovations in policies, innovations in institutions, innovations in even new thinking, open-mindedness, will be important,” said Fan in the article.
