Join Ismahane Elouafi discussing pathways to resileint food systems in Africa at the CNN Soil to Scale – Global Perspectives Event

———

If any continent holds the power to transform the global food system for the better, it is

Africa. Over 60% of the world’s remaining uncultivated arable land lies in Sub-Saharan Africa, according to the World Bank. Realizing this potential demands significant further investment in infrastructure, technology, private land rights, youth opportunity and sustainable agricultural practices.

How is Africa continuing to create and scale resilient food systems that create local value, protect vital ecosystems and power engines of regional and global trade? What solutions can we look to and learn from, worldwide?

Join the discussion with Ismahane and others.
