Food systems are transforming rapidly, particularly in low- and middle-income countries, yet the dynamics around those transformations and their impact on sustainability are not well understood. This new paper, published in PLOS ONE, attempts to improve this understanding through an analysis of sustainability factors and food systems drivers.
