In its role as an advisor to the System Council, CGIAR’s Independent Science & Partnership Council (ISPC) has undertaken a review of the revised full proposals submitted by CGIAR’s Research Centers as a coherent 2017 – 2022 CGIAR research portfolio, comprising both CGIAR Research Programs and Platforms.
ISPC’s reviews are presented below in the same broad groupings as the full proposals themselves (available here), together with covering memo from the ISPC Chair and an accompanying table, within which the ISPC provides a high-level summary of the relative strength of each flagship within the respective proposals.
