Subject: REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR THE SELECTION OF A SUPPLIER OF A PLOT COMBINE HARVESTER EQUIPMENT.
AfricaRice is inviting all companies specializing in the construction or distribution of a plot combine harvesting equipment to submit their financial and technical bid.
Bids should be submitted electronically to the following email address: A.Quotation@cgiar.org and must be protected with a password.
The password for the technical offer must be sent on the date set for the opening of the offers. However, the password for the financial offer will only be requested if your offer is considered to have passed the financial evaluation stage. Any offer submitted without protection will be automatically disqualified.
The deadline for submission of bids is 8th May 2024 at 4:00 PM. Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, and Local Time.
The subject of the mail should be clearly marked as follow: RFQ: CeTH – AR/PSU/DFCS/PCH/06/2024
AfricaRice will reject late proposals. Bidders will be advised, in due course, of the results of the evaluation of the proposals.
In case a supplier wants to appeal the results of the tender, a formal letter can be sent to the Director of Finances and Corporate Services to africarice@ciarg.org
