The Food Systems for Healthier Diets flagship of the CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health is working to support the development of food systems that enable people to make better, healthier choices. In a new paper, we develop a conceptual framework to understand the types of innovations that can lead to healthier diets.
