The Agriculture, Nutrition & Health Academy is a global network of over 10,000 researchers, practitioners and policymakers in 145+ countries worldwide, working on food systems for improved human and planetary health. Over 65% of ANH Academy members are based in Africa or Asia, including a large number of CGIAR scientists and programme staff.

Co-founded in 2015 in partnership with CGIAR, the ANH Academy has grown into a major platform for convening diverse disciplines and sectors.  Its core activities focus on fostering partnerships and collaborations; facilitating learning and sharing of evidence across disciplines and sectors; supporting capability sharing around cutting-edge research tools, methods and metrics; and driving the uptake of evidence into policies and programmes.

Join the Agriculture, Nutrition & Health Academy for an action-packed day designed to equip Science Week participants with critical knowledge, skills and connections to advance cross-cutting work on healthy, sustainable and equitable agri-food systems.

The event will comprise interactive Learning Labs on critical research tools as well as special session on the state of food environments science and policy.

This one is not to be missed! The ANH Academy Team and partners bring a wealth of experience in curating and organizing high quality interactive learning, dissemination and networking events that stimulate debate and the cross-pollination of ideas among the fields and sectors critical to addressing the world’s most pressing food and nutrition-related challenges.
