Hosted by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashin Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, the Global Food Innovation Meeting (WEF) will be held in Dubai, UAE, from the 13 to 15 of May 2024.

 

This interactive meeting aims to advance progress by accelerating the development of innovative agri-food technologies, designing and implementing innovation ecosystem models at local, regional, and global levels for widespread impact, and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration and solutions to address challenges at the intersection of climate, nature, food, and water.

About the Conference

The upcoming high-level event, themed “Reimagining Future Food Systems,” will bring together innovators, private and public sectors, farmers, civil society, experts, and practitioners to share knowledge, scale up cutting-edge technology solutions, and enhance collaboration.

By harnessing innovation, particularly emerging technologies, along with appropriate investment and collaborative efforts, food systems can emerge as powerful tools to promote water resilience, combat climate change, address inequality, and ensure food security for all.
