Join the EAT Food Forum in Stockholm to discuss progress on solving the interconnected challenges of climate, sustainability and health and take action on transforming our global food system. Our forums are a breeding ground for uncommon collaborations, new research, new solutions and new connections.
Celebrating its 5th year of collaborative global impact, the 2018 forum will delve into headline challenges to food systems transformation and provide a neutral platform for engaging in disruptive discussions on the trade-offs and solutions needed. Creating healthy diets from sustainable food systems will take center stage at the Forum, linking to the work of the EAT-Lancet Commission. In 2018, the Commission will publish its inaugural report in the Lancet, presenting concrete science targets for defining a healthy diet and a sustainable food system – and showing how to take action for a better food future.
