Devex Dish @ SXSW, a side event of the annual South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference will convene around 100 attendees in-person and thousands more virtually, to hear leaders’ and experts’ latest thinking on the global hunger crisis.

The program will include discussions on the power of geospatial data and crops; leveraging food technology to solve hunger; biodiverse agriculture for nutrition and planet; and innovations in food delivery for humanitarian crises.

Join us online for interventions by CGIAR experts on Monday, March 13:

  • 13:45-14:05 CST: CGIAR Executive Managing Director, Claudia Sadoff, is a featured speaker for a session on Crop Diversity for Climate Resilience.
  • 14:05-14:40 CST: CGIAR Scientist at the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT, David Guerena, will be speaking in a session titled: Dirty Secret: How Soil Health is Key to Food Systems.
