Field Day Visits
Colleagues at the Instituto de Investigaçao Agraria de Moçambique
(IIAM), Maputo, designed informative field visits for AGM08
participants on Wednesday, December 3.
Two separate itineraries included visits to IIAM headquarters
and the IIAM veterinary campus (both in Maputo), the IPA livestock
and poultry station, the Umbeluzi Research Station, where
participants had an opportunity to review field trials currently
undertaken by CGIAR Centers in Mozambique. There were also
opportunities to meet with local farmers.
Below are the timetables for both visits.
