Booths will be located in the Salle Royale at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech:

Each booth will contain the following:

Booths will consist of 2 consecutive white display panels on 2 sides of the booth and 3 consecutive white panels at the back of the booth. (7 panels total). Each panel measures 95 cm wide x 230 cm high. Panels are joined together by metal struts each measuring 2cm wide. Note! Display area on each panel is 95cm wide and 230 cm high	Picture forthcoming
Sample: 1 computer and computer stand with inner shelf for keyboard and solid tabletop. Stands will be white, not brown as shown in the picture. Note! there is no internet connection in the booths. Please see computer details/specs below.
1 round table with two chairs. Table size: 72 cm high. Note! This table will be white, including table legs.
1 cube (table) approx. 0.5 meter square. Note! this cube will be white and not gray as shown in the picture.
1 stand approx. 1.25 meter high. Note! this stand will be white and not gray as shown in the picture.
1 double-sided clear publication literature racks, with 3 slots on each side.
4 electrical outlet (220 volts)
1 waste paper basket
A header consisting of Partner acronym or name will be provided by CGIAR Secretariat

Cost:

To help defray exhibit expenses, the cost of each Partner booth is US $ 500. The preferred form of payment is a US $ denominated bank transfer to ICARDA using the following coordinates:

Set-Up and Tear-Down:

Set-up : booths will be installed by the vendor by 9am, Sunday, December 4, 2005. Exhibitors may mount their displays from 9:15am to 4pm on Sunday, December 4, 2005. All displays MUST BE complete by 4:15pm on Sunday December 4, 2005.

Tear-down: Tear-down of exhibit may begin on Thursday, December 8, at 12 noon and MUST BE completed by 5pm Thursday, December 8, 2005.

Shipping to Morocco:

Our colleagues at the World Bank Office in Rabat have agreed to assist us in expediting the clearance of AGM2005 exhibition materials through Moroccan Customs. Please send your posters and publications via courier, clearly marked as follows:

Shipments should be sent to arrive in Rabat not later than c.o.b. on Tuesday, November 15. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipments received after this date will be transported to Marrakech & available at the Palais des Congres in time for set-up on Sunday, December 4.
