Science for Global Impact

Science for Global Impact" was the theme chosen for the first ever CGIAR science poster exhibit held at AGM05. All 15 Centers participated in the exhibition, along with Challenge Programs and System-Wide Ecoregional Programs (SWEPs). The poster exhibition dominated the Menara Space leading to the Salle Royale which housed the exhibition booths and bilateral meeting areas. Many participants took time to wander through the poster exhibit and felt it contributed greatly to the overall exhibition. "I've learned such a lot about Center research undertaken in the Maghreb region from wandering through the display," said one participant. "I do hope the science poster exhibit will become a regular feature at all future AGMs".
