Robert S. McNamara Seminars are designed to acknowledge
the contribution of Mr. Robert McNamara,a founding father
of the CGIAR. Mr. McNamara has a distinguished record
of public sevice (serving as U.S. Secretary of Defense
and President of the World Bank) and also as CEO of Ford
Motor Company.
Mr. McNamara has made extradordinary contributions to
